SMS Policy

If you give us your mobile number and consent, we send text messages about your order, plus occasional offers and new-product news. The program is operated for customers with US mobile numbers.

You opt in by checking the consent box at checkout or by texting a keyword we publish. By opting in you give your express written consent to receive marketing text messages from us at the number you provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.

Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of buying anything. You confirm the number is yours and that you are 18 or over. If you change your number, please tell us so we do not message its new owner.

Message frequency varies. Expect a small number of transactional messages for each order, and generally no more than a handful of marketing messages a month.

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier may.

Reply STOP to any message to be removed. We will send one confirmation and then stop. You can also email support@ourfamilyangel.com. Opting out of marketing texts does not stop essential messages about an order you have already placed.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and we cannot guarantee that every message reaches you. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Numbers collected for this program are handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell mobile numbers, and we do not share them with third parties for their own marketing. Consent to receive text messages from us is never shared with or sold to anyone else.

We may change or end this program at any time. Material changes are posted here.
