VIP Membership Terms

This is a recurring subscription. The 14-day trial is free. Unless you cancel before it ends, the membership automatically renews at $89.97 every 12 weeks and continues to renew every 12 weeks until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, including during the trial, and canceling takes one email.

1. What the membership includes

2. How enrollment works

You are enrolled only if you actively check the VIP option at checkout. Before you pay, we disclose, clearly and conspicuously, on the same screen and next to that checkbox, the length of the trial, the amount that will be charged, how often it will be charged, and how to cancel. Checking the box is your express informed consent to those terms. You must be 18 or over to join.

Within minutes of enrolling we email you an acknowledgment that repeats the trial end date, the renewal amount and interval, and the cancellation instructions, so you have them in writing.

3. Billing

Nothing is charged for the membership during the 14-day trial.
At the end of the trial, $89.97 is charged to the payment method you used at checkout, and the same amount is charged every 12 weeks after that.
We email a reminder before the trial converts, and a receipt for every renewal.
If a renewal payment fails we may retry it over a short period. If it keeps failing, the membership is suspended and then canceled.
We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before any change to the price or the billing interval, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

4. How to cancel

Email support@ourfamilyangel.com from the address on your order, with "Cancel VIP" in the subject line, at any time. That is all it takes: we will not put you through a retention call, a phone tree, or a series of offers to change your mind. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for and stops all future charges.

We confirm every cancellation by email, normally the same business day. If you do not receive that confirmation within two business days, please chase us, because an uncanceled membership keeps billing.

5. Refunds on membership charges

If a renewal charges after you asked to cancel, we refund it in full. If you were charged at the end of the trial and had not intended to continue, contact us within 30 days of that first charge and we will refund it. Later renewals are refundable at our discretion, and we are generally reasonable about it if you have not used the benefits.

6. Your rights

This program is operated to comply with the federal Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act and with state automatic-renewal laws, including California’s. If you are a California resident and you enrolled online, you may cancel online or by email without speaking to anyone.

7. Ending the program

We may change or discontinue the membership. If we do, we will tell you by email and refund any unused portion of the period you have paid for.
